Ferment the Dinner
Ferment the Dinner takes place tonight – October 19 – from 6pm at Kadlitpina (Rundle Park). Find more details here.
A feast of fermentation is coming to Kadlitpina for the inaugural Ferment the Festival’s Ferment the Dinner event.
Under the watchful eye of Jock Zonfrillo, and guided by Mike Bennie as emcee, eight chefs will prepare a course each, based around the art of fermentation, which will then be paired to eight different wines.
The chefs on show are Karena Armstrong, Adam James, Jock Zonfrillo, Oliver Edwards, Duncan Welgemoed, Mat Lindsay, Emma Shearer and Kris and Mitchell Lloyd, paired with natural wine champions The Other Right, Van Klopper Wines, Small Fry Wines, Gentle Folk, Ochota Barrels, BK Wines, Charlotte Dalton Wines and Shobbrook Wines.
