As long as there is summer, there will be music festivals in South Australia – so long as we have the good people of Five Four Entertainment on our side.

Summer Sounds, a collaboration between Five Four, Groove Events and Secret Sounds Touring, is bringing a roster of events to Bonython Park throughout January, with some early-’00s throwbacks coming to our city this weekend.

Taking the stage on Saturday night is Bernard Fanning, Something For Kate and The Jungle Giants, and young SA artist Tilly Tjala Thomas.

In order to make a festival during the COVID-19 pandemic possible, attendees purchase four-to-six-person pods, in which they can enjoy the live music and be fed food and booze throughout the course of the event.
