East End Wine Down

East End Wine Down returns to Vardon Avenue this Saturday, 23 March 2019 for its 16th iteration, and there’s 30 great producers in tow pouring over 150 wines, just for you.

Remarks

East End Wine Down
Vardon Avenue, Adelaide 5000
12pm-5pm Saturday, 23 March
Tickets

Hosted by East End Cellars, the event is an opportunity for people to “trial all the newbies and learn more about their longstanding favourites,” event director and East End Cellars owner Michael Andrewartha says.

Koerner, Leko Wines and Springs Road Wines will all pour at the event for the first time, and while you’re there check out D’Arenberg’s latest certified organic drop, and chat with Turon Wines, a young producer CityMag first met when he invited us up to his co-working shed in the Hills, and who has recently been named as one of James Halliday’s Top 10 Producers of 2019, and as one of Young Gun of Wine’s Top 50 (Koerner placed on this also).

Tickets are $35 at East End Cellars or $37 online through IWannaTicket (how about those booking fees, eh?) and the whole thing kicks off from midday.

See you there for a tipple.
