The Adelaide design community’s favourite market event returns this week, as Bowerbird sets up shop at the Wayville Pavilion at the Adelaide Showground.

There are around 150 brands, labels, artists and craftspeople on board for the November 2021 Bowerbird event, with plenty to check out whatever your interests.

CityMag was recently introduced to emerging fashion label (Seb)ling, who will be in attendance.

Low-alcohol gin label Hey Low (formerly Brightside Distilling) will also be pouring their wares for punters.

For those with an eye for interesting jewellery, Anna Jagsch will have her range of one-of-a-kind botanical-inspired and lost-wax-cast pieces on show.

There will also be some workshops for those wanting to get a bit more involved, with the opportunity to learn wreath-making, rug weaving or how to produce ‘shabby bunting’, among other options.

Attendees are bound to work up an appetite, and there are heaps of food and drinks stallholders on board, too, including Bao+, Sassi Ice Cream (who just opened a city store), Gang Gang, Let Them Eat and many more.

Bowerbird runs from 26—28 November at the Adelaide Showground.
