Never Never Distilling Co. has moved in upstairs at The Stag, where they will offer a distillery door experience every Sunday this Fringe between 1pm and 8pm, before construction on their McLaren Vale distillery officially begins in a few months’ time

“We want to be a part of one of the biggest celebrations that Adelaide has to offer,” Never Never’s brand director, Sean Baxter says of their choice to pop up during Fringe.

“The refurbishment of the iconic Stag Hotel has provided the perfect opportunity to create an amazing distillery door overlooking Rundle Street.”

To celebrate their residency in the refurbished pub, the Never Never team will host an “intimate gin tasting” each Sunday, from 2pm until 3pm, for $22 per person, which includes a brief history of the brand, samples of their gin, all capped off with a Fancy Fruit Cup.
