Fork by Fork-West

In early March, Adelaide’s US sister city, Austin, Texas will host the 30-year strong music and arts conference South by Southwest.

Remarks

Fork by Fork-West runs from 5pm – 10pm this Saturday, 11 February at Kings Reserve, Torrensville.

This weekend, Adelaide, being the cooler younger sister, will throw a much more low-key and food-truck oriented party: Fork by Fork-West.

Heading out to Kings Reserve in the City of West Torrens, the Fork brigade will assemble 30 of the food trucks we all know and love (including ice cold Locapops, which will be a must this weekend), and to accompany our rapturous gorging, the sights of the Wanderer’s Car Club, and sounds courtesy of Conchillia and The Wheatsheaf Ukulele Collective, among others.

Fork by Fork-West will be a family-friendly event, but there’ll be plenty of adults-only beverage options, including CityMag favourites Big Shed Brewing Concern, Wheatsheaf Brewery and Antipodes Gin.
