The crux of the ethical fashion issue will be unpicked at this Friday evening’s Q&A hosted by Beneath the Seams.

Featuring speakers from across the gamut of the fashion and retail industry, the event aims to weigh up the full complexity of garment manufacturing – including how cost pressures interact with ethical sourcing practices.

Announced speakers include David West – the Adelaide City Council’s Senior Adviser for Retail Strategy, Director of the Womens Working Centre in SA Sandra Dann and local artist Dave Court who runs ethically produced label Fools and Trolls.

As well as discussing the issues, the panel will take questions from the audience so come armed with queries.
