The Wheaty Summer Sour launch
Summer has started in fits and starts this year – at the time of writing the temperature outside is a balmy 28°, down from a top of somewhere in the mid-30s, and by the time you’re reading this it may very well be snowing.
The Wheaty’s Summer Sour launch takes place this Saturday, 16 December, between 3pm and 6pm.
Regardless, pub taps across the city are turning, and so the season of sours begins. The Wheaty are ringing in the new beers, hosting the launch of Sauer Puss, a Berliner Weisse from Left Barrel Brewing; and Son of a Plum!, a peach and plum sour ale from Moon Dog Brewery.
The Wheaty will also have their berry kettle sour pouring, so head to the pub this Saturday, 16 December, between 3pm and 6pm to retune your taste buds to the brews of the summer to come.
