In isolation, it isn’t always easy to get your fix of South Australian soulful Americana, but thankfully gigs are back on at The Wheaty, and they’ve got just the thing to fix that hankering for red, white and blue.

Wren & The restless Few will be gracing the Wheaty’s tin shed on Friday, 24 July from 8pm, and in the pub’s newfound fashion, the gig will also be streamed live, for all those wanting to keep their distance.

A Wheaty Live stream goes might well alongside some Wheaty brewing Corps beer, and you can pick up a crowler or two from the pub every Friday. There’s a very tasty Mexican Stout currently on the menu, which CityMag highly recommends.

Wren & The Restless Few comes from The Heggarties’ Wren Heggart, and have come to be known around Adelaide for their “kick ass vocals, soaring guitar solos and songs that stay with you long after the gig is done.”
