As part of the WATER RITES exhibition public program, ACE Open will host a curator-led tour and expanded artist talks with participating WATER RITES artists.

During this Tarnanthi Festival 2021 opening weekend event, you will hear from Curator Danni Zuvela; artists Archie Moore and Mandy Quadrio; screen artist Tamara Baillie; fermentation artist Lucien Alperstein; Barngarla artists Candace Swan-Taylor and Caitlin Swan-Taylor; and Language Advisor Ghil’ad Zuckermann.

Barngarla artists will share stories and experiences of their revived language, which follow on from the Artist Exchange that took place in June 2021.

The talks will conclude with a sound performance at 1:45pm by Constantine Stefanou.
