We also reached out to some friends in the local scene for some tips on the shows we should be attending over the summer, and two out of four of our talking heads agree: Stonecutters is not to be missed.

Now in its fourth year, Stonecutters will take over Fenn Place on Saturday, 8 December from 3pm, bringing with it a strong roster of local and across-the-border talent.

Stonecutters is a hoot! This insane and hectic rock & roll festival is in the heart of the CBD and boasts some of Australia’s absolute finest up and coming acts.

Slowly Slowly, Press Club and Madura Green are definitely ones to watch.

Homegrown, and on the heavier side, Stonecutters has gone from strength to strength since its inception a couple of years ago.

The lineup is a brilliant mix of artists from across the country, with a strong local showing, including headliners Bad//Dreems.
