Adelaide Hills Wine Region launches their inaugural Sparkling Spring Festival this weekend, with more than 20 events on offer from Friday, 21 to Sunday, 23 October.

With a series of bubbly tasting experiences, stylish brunches and lunches, and indulgent experiences there’s something for all sparkling lovers.

After work this Friday, surround yourself with stunning flowers at Karkoo Nursery for Bubbles & Blooms while enjoying Golding Wines’ Marjorie Blanc de Blancs.

On Saturday, you can unlock your inner artist at Nepenthe’s Bubbles & Brushes event, or if you fancy a different style of sparkling wine, the increasingly popular Prosecco will be celebrated at Artwine. Artwine’s Bianco and Rosé Proseccos can be enjoyed at their Italian Stravaganza, with a mouth-watering Italian menu of antipasto and pizza by Bally.

For a sit-down lunch experience, head south to Meadows for Karrawatta’s Sparkling Spring Soiree, where their Popsie Sparkling will be paired with a seafood feast by Adelaide’s first and only sustainable seafood restaurant, Angler at Stirling.

Finally, if you feel a delectable Sparkling Spring High Tea is what you’re after, look no further than Barrister’s Block’s collaboration with The Feathers Hotel at Burnside on Sunday.
