Tools down, people! The year’s almost over and it’s time to celebrate.

Hindley Street favourite Stem – A Bar and Restaurant is making it ridiculously easy to have a stylish and trés cool New Year’s Eve this time around.

Head chef (name) has planned a premium 4-course set menu featuring prime meats and luscious seafood for just $125 per person. There’ll be a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival, and the team will be serving up the cocktails, wines and curated tunes until late.

With bookings from 6pm and the riverbank fireworks nearby, it’s the perfect spot to kick off the celebrations.
