Experience a range of exciting events, workshops, and tours at the South Australian Living Artists (SALA) Festival 1 – 31 August.

SALA is an annual, statewide festival of visual art that showcases and celebrates South Australia’s living artists in galleries and non-traditional art spaces.

Recognised as Australia’s largest and most inclusive visual arts festival, this year boasts more than 10,500 artists and nearly 700 exhibitions and events across more than 620 venues.

Returning to the 2023 Festival program is the popular Guided Walking Tours. Discover a range of art styles with SALA’s expert artists as they tour you through a selection of exhibitions across the City of Adelaide. Tours include Local and Contemporary Art, Street Art, First Nations Art, an Art Tour in Mandarin, and a new addition: the Dog-Friendly Art Tour.

Also new to 2023 is the Artist Studio Bus Tours. There are two tours available which go behind-the-scenes to explore some the Eastside and Westsides most exciting art studios.
