State Opera South Australia presents the 1940s true crime story of the American ‘lonely hearts killers’, with an Australian twist.

Through the playful dark humour and the musicality of composer Graeme Koehne and librettist Louis Nowra, follow Jack as he charms and seduces his way through women, as his victim-turned-partner, Angela, persuades him to kill.

It is a tragic tale of, well, serial killers, but the fusion of voice, music and true crime will keep audiences on the edge of their seats all night.
