The French 75 is a cocktail that consists of primarily of gin and Champagne, and so it is undoubtedly a very good time.

It is named so because it is reported to have such a kick that it feels like you’ve been “shelled with a French 75mm field gun,” or so I’m told in the blurb for the Fleming and Freear French 75 cocktail masterclass.
