Elder Hall Sessions

  • Words: Connie De Crea

A night of royalty and live culture awaits the people of Adelaide next week with Elder Hall Sessions, presented as part of Music SA’s new winter music festival, Umbrella.

Remarks

The Elder Hall Sessions take place on July 21 at Elder Hall, University of Adelaide, North Terrace. Doors are at 6.30pm and performances begin from 7.30pm.

The opportunity to sip wines and sangria from Caudo Vineyard and nibble on Dining Miss Daisy’s delicious food cannot be passed up, particularly as at this event you’ll be encouraged to dress in your best gown or suit and tie, all while being surrounded by culture.

Your ears will benefit from the performance of local musicians Donnarumma and The Skeleton Club – who together had a total of seven sold out shows during the Adelaide Fringe Festival. Meanwhile your eyes will be engaged by the work of several Adelaide artists lining the wall – all of which are for sale – meaning you can even take a piece of the night home with you.
