It’s only on rare occasions CityMag will direct you out of our traditional purview of the CBD and North Adelaide, but when we do you can almost guarantee dessert will be involved.

Devour Café Patisserie in Richmond was already a favourite spot for lunch and breakfast dates when heading southwest of the city, but as their bacon and maple donuts can attest to, owner Quang Nguyen can also put a decent sweets menu together (as one would expect with Devour’s origins being a dessert bar on Prospect Road).

For anyone also more inclined toward dessert than dinner, Devour will be hosting Dessert Nights this Friday and Saturday night – April 1 and 2.

Service starts at 7pm and the food coma will follow shortly thereafter.
