CUSTOM. The Mill Resident Market
Like me, you may have been putting off your Christmas shopping to the last minute in the hope that this whole Christmas thing will just go away and you won’t have to face the massive crowds that are currently invading every retail space in Adelaide. Well, Christmas isn’t going anywhere, but you don’t have to put up with the crowds to finish off buying your gifts.
Custom, The Mill Resident Market, will take place at 154 Angas Street, Adelaide on Thursday December 17 from 6pm to 9pm.
This is where Custom, The Mill’s end of year resident artists market, comes to the rescue. Head down to 154 Angas Street, Adelaide after work this Thursday evening and you will find a one-stop shop for all of your gift giving needs. The market will include the works of Wholegrain Studio, Myf Cadwallader, Naomi Murrell, The Analogue Laboratory, Fairy Gloss Graphic Design, shoes and accessories by B.B. Shoemaker, hand drawn bags and prints by Haneen Martin, zines by Back Porch Theatre, paintings and other works by Margaret Lloyd and Kirsty Martinsen, and photographs by Andrew Dearman.
Not only will you be supporting some very talented local artists, but you can also browse their wares whilst enjoying an icy cold beer. Sounds perfect!
