Chinatown Bazaar
What do chess, Jenga, Connect Four and Noughts and Crosses all have in common?
Chinatown Bazaar is happening from 4pm-8pm on Sunday, April 23. For further information, check the event page.
They’re better when played on a human-sized board, and all will be available for your oversized gaming pleasure on Moonta Street at the Chinatown Bazaar on Sunday, April 23.
This is of course the least of the street party’s offering, with all of Chinatown’s finest eating establishments open for gorging, while on the street the sweet sounds of Banjo Jackson, Angela Easson and the School of Chinese Music and Art will round out what we can only describe as the perfect Sunday afternoon.
The Confucius Institute will also be on hand from 4pm-6pm to familiarise you with Chinese characters by demonstrating how to write your name; the School of Chinese Music & Arts will be conducting fan-making workshops; and Love Birdy face painting and body art will be at the event offering glitter and face painting.
We’ll see you at the Jenga stack!
