The latest in the arkhé and friends dinners sees James Lowe, owner and head chef of Lyle’s in London, takeover the arkhé kitchen.

James began his culinary career at The Wapping Project, before honing his skills in lauded restaurants including Michelin-starred La Trompette, Heston Blumenthal’s three Michelin-starred Fat Duck and a period at The River Cafe.

In 2014, he launched Lyle’s of London, with the restaurant receiving a Michelin star just 18 months after opening. It has also been featured in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

James also co-founded the London-based chef collective, Young Turks, as a platform for chefs to work together and promote small producers and collaboration.

Globally renowned, he’s bringing his culinary expertise to Adelaide for a curated menu exclusive to arkhé. The 8-course menu features wine pairings, plus a Laphroaig cocktail on arrival.
