‘Tis the season to throw parties.

The Crown and Anchor, known amongst friends as the Cranker, is throwing a big ol’ block party that will encompass the pub, Roxie’s next door, and Chateau Apollo next door to that, as well as Midnight Spaghetti on the level above. That is a guaranteed good time.

The party kicks off at 2pm, and the Cranker band room will see Grenadiers, Paradise Club, Oscar the Wild, DRESS CODE, Rat Tamango, Ethanol Blend, The Dunes, Hey Harriett, Katie Pomery and Cat Lucky on stage; in Chateau Apollo there will be performances from Neon Tetra, Hartway, Max Savage and the False Idols, Ricky Albeck and The Belair Line Band, Quartz Pistol, Slowmango, Naomi Keyte, Saint Jacques and Siberian Tiger, and Roxie’s will be vining along with Groundfloor Radio, Endless Grooves, Housing Boom, Midas, Felicity and Mark Kamleh.

Kamleh will also be running Xmas Karaoke (AKA Kamleh-oke) upstairs at midnight spaghetti.

This is a very big party for fans of beer, music and pasta, and best of all, dear friends – it’s FREE. No cover charge. All the music, for free.

It truly is the season for giving.
