This year we’re running the inaugural Fringe Food Playoffs: a weekly poll pitting the Garden and Gluttony’s food trucks against each other to find Adelaide’s absolute favourite festival fodder.
Help us decide who’s got the best festival food this Fringe
For anyone with just a cursory relationship to the Adelaide Fringe, the East End’s arts hub dichotomy of The Garden of Unearthly Delights and Gluttony can seem like the entirety of the five-week festival’s offering.
Vote for your favourite Garden and Gluttony food vendors every Saturday and Sunday night here.
We know there’s a lot more happening throughout the city and beyond, but it’s a powerful position the two outdoor organisations hold.
For CityMag, no Adelaide Fringe is complete without running a few laps past the food vendors in both the Garden and Gluttony, never knowing quite which delicacy we feel like in that moment.
To make this process easier for ourselves, and hopefully for you too, we’re running a series of Instagram polls throughout the five weeks of Fringe, asking for your take on who’s got the best festival grub.
Every Saturday and Sunday night, we’ll ask for your vote, and eventually the two food hubs will be pitted against each other, in a friendly match for culinary supremacy.
You can find the Instagram poll here (check in every weekend), and you can also play along with the playoff grid in our 2021 Festival Edition print magazine, on streets from Thursday, 18 February.
Happy eating, and we’ll see you in the polls.
