Adelaide Festival

The Adelaide Festival is gearing up for its peak season. You might remember last year’s life-size sculpture of a sperm whale on the shores of Glenelg beach. The multi-arts annual event has two short-term contracts up for grabs for the  2025 edition. They’re after a ticketing coordinator to work from September 2024 – March 2025, and an administration assistant from October 2024 – March 2025.  Apply directly through their website before applications close on September 16.

Australian Dance Theatre

The Australian Dance Theatre is looking for applicants for ADT:RAW, a short-term program for dance makers to develop new works. This application is open to emerging and established artists and encourages dancers to be creative, experiment and fully jump into exploring new ideas. Dancers/performing artists will receive three hours of studio time and $300 to workshop their ideas. They will then present their works on November 9 to an audience.
