Calling all wine lovers, Mitolo Wines in McLaren Vale is on the hunt for enthusiastic Cellar Door Hosts and front-of-house staff. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves guiding guests through tastings, sharing the rich history of Mitolo, and ensuring everyone leaves with a smile (and maybe a bottle or two). You’ll need wine knowledge, a current RSA certificate, and the ability to charm the socks off every visitor. Bonus points if you can navigate a POS system like a pro.

Olive Restaurant

Olive is looking for a sous chef to join their team. Olive is the latest Mediterranean fusion restaurant from Callum Hann and Themis Chryssidis who own Sprout Food Group, and serves a blend of traditional and innovative dishes, with a wine list curated by Marcell Kustos. As they were opening last year, Themis told CityMag the menu is “the most incredible melting pot of cuisine” fusing the full stretch of the Mediterranean. Another one from the Sprout Food group, Roma Restaurant & Deli is set to open on August 28 on Waymouth Street, transitioning from Eleven’s fine dining to a more relaxed yet high-quality culinary environment. After a three-year run, Eleven closed its doors, having launched amid the challenges of the 2020 pandemic, and garnering acclaim for its exceptional dining experience and extensive wine list. 

The Sprout team is excited to welcome both familiar faces and new patrons, aiming to create a new culinary hotspot in Adelaide.
