The Central Market district is to receive its first small bar in a couple of months time.

55ml will nestle into the food-centric district in a couple of months’ time with owners Seamus Noone and Seira Hotta signing the lease for the Mill Street property this week.

Brother of artrepreneur, Brigid Noone of Fontonelle Gallery, Seamus has been away from Adelaide plying his trade as a bartender but returned recently to hatch plans for his very own venue.
