The Adelaide residential market is still performing strongly and holding onto the over 44 per cent growth obtained since the pandemic low point with a current Adelaide median house price sitting around $862,000 which is up 18.7 per cent in the last 12 months.

For a little more value, look towards apartments which have a median price of $457,000 down around 3.8 per cent over the last 12 months.

The rental market is still very competitive with median house rents around $550 per week which is up 11 per cent.

Apartment median rent is around $500 per week which is also up 11 per cent over the past 12 months.

We are starting to see some more rental properties come onto the market so these figures could stabilise in the coming months.
