SoCal heavy hitters, Monkish Brewing will be gracing the taps at The Franklin Hotel for one all-too-brief day this weekend.

Hailing from the sun-soaked city of Torrance, California, Monkish is all about that hazy, juicy beer experience, brewing the most sought-after IPAs and funky sours in the world.

Since its founding in 2012, the brewer’s trajectory has been nothing short of epic and they’ve earned a stellar rep for pushing boundaries, while delivering some of the tastiest brews around.

Now thanks to Leigh and Luke’s passion for craft beers, Adelaide can experience their hop-forward brews.

From 12pm Saturday, 28 October – until they’re dry – The Franky will be tapping 7 fully exclusive and rare kegs.
