Luxuriate in exceptional wine, food and tourism all the way to the October long weekend in a region home to some of the world’s oldest vines, emerging varieties and a Mediterranean-like climate to boot.

McLaren Vale Grape, Wine & Tourism Association CEO Erin Leggat says, “Every bottle of McLaren Vale wine holds a story – of history, future, passion and the dedication of hundreds of talented people – a story which we believe is best shared”.

As the sun sets over the vines at Coriole winery, immerse yourself in the sweet sounds of live jazz and lively conversation across communal tables.

Grenache has been grown on the winery’s land for more than 150 years. And while you enjoy a shared feast prepared by head chef, Patricia Streckfuss, the Lloyd family will guide you through pairings of their Grenache wines, including current and museum releases.

GRENACHE, GRENACHE, HOW DOES YOUR GARDEN GROW?
11.30am–1pm on Saturday, 23 September

The tasting includes a pork and fennel sausage roll. The sea views are a glorious bonus.

Make sure to grab your ticket early.

LE CANARD AU VIN DEGUSTATION

Take your taste buds to the home of les Français with courses prepared by head chef Peter Reschke, paired with a fine selection of Grenache from d’Arenberg.

Share in the wisdom of head winemaker Jack Walton and discover why the region is Australia’s Grenache heartland.
