Looped is the first play to launch the new Holden Street Theatre Company Inc., written by Matthew Lombardo, directed by Peter Goers and starring Martha Lott, Chris Asimos and Rob Cusenza.

Based on a real event, Looped tells the story of internationally celebrated actress Tallulah Bankhead (Martha Lott) as she’s called into a sound studio in the summer of 1965 to re-record (or ‘loop’) a line of dialogue for what would be her last film – the dreadful Die, Die My Darling.

The outrageous American star of stage and screen, Tallulah (first played on Broadway by Valerie Harper) comes to the Hollywood recording studio to dub one line in a horror film. Let the games begin.
