Sometimes you shouldn’t play god in the kitchen. Other times you absolutely should.

Adam Liston and his izakaya dream team from Leigh Street restaurant Shōbōsho are taking over one of postcode 5000’s most loved-pizza spots, Sunny’s Pizza, for one night only.

The result will be a fusion of cuisines unthinkable to most: Italian and Japanese, or the “Japanizza.”
