Starring Professor Sprout from the Harry Potter films, aka well-respected British character actor Miriam Margoyles, the State Theatre Company’s next production makes comedy from the unlikely topics of death and pets. Written by the award winning American-born, Australian-based playwright Lally Katz, Neighbourhood Watch tells the story of an unlikely friendship between the young Catherine and her 80-year-old Hungarian-Australian Neighbour.

The play was mounted to great acclaim in Sydney in 2011, and comes to Adelaide for a reworking in the deft hands of director Julian Meyrick.
