After years in hospitality and some world travels that revealed just how much she loves food trucks, Cheney Lawson decided that her future was grilled cheese. She set up the Cheesy Street food truck and is now beatling about the state, making everyone’s day better by serving up things like Mushroom and Balsamic Onion Grilled Cheese sandwiches. Her long-term plans include opening a bricks and mortar grilled cheese restaurant, which is something we can only hope happens right next door to the CityMag office.
