First Fridays at the Art Gallery of South Australia
The night kicks off at 5pm at the Art Gallery of South Australia.
The second First Friday of the year is on tomorrow night at the Art Gallery of South Australia, and it’s packed with good stuff. A specifically good thing about the night is Tracy Chen – do yourself a favour and see her play live.

Tracy Chen, live – 5.00pm
Sit back and listen to multi-instrumentalist Tracy Chen. Like the movement of Tai Chi, Chen’s soft vocals, combined with pre-recorded found sounds, will transport you to another state of mind.

Demonstration – from 5.30pm
Local ceramicist Gus Clutterbuck will demonstrate the art of blue and white porcelain decoration and discuss the influence of Chinese porcelain design on his work.

Tai Chi experience – 5.30PM & 6.30PM
Experience the calming meditation of the Chinese martial art, Tai Chi. Join Nazli on the lawn and learn how to move like a master.
