Cheese Festival
There’s this thing that rappers do. They mention ‘cheese,’ but they’re not really talking about cheese. They’re talking about money.
Get your butt to Bowden this Sunday July 23, between the hours of 10am to 5pm. Buy your tickets here.
It’s disappointing, because cheese – the real kind – always always makes us happy. There’s not really a downside to cheese. It is beautiful, and it brings people together. Specifically around a platter on a table on which also sits a few bottles of wine.
We’re passionate.
So, when we say that there’s going to be a Cheese Festival at Plant 4, Bowden, you know we mean the dairy kind.
Over 20 cheese makers from around the world (including our local favourites Udder Delights, Barossa Cheese Company, Edwards Crossing and Ashgrove Cheese) will be there, as well as Lauretta Whittaker from Cheese-A-Holics and Jessie Spiby from Masterchef – both of which will be running masterclass demonstrations all day.
There’s one thing though: tickets must be purchased in order to attend. Do it. We reckon it’s bound to be a gouda investment.
