This Wednesday (tomorrow!), Shaw + Smith are hosting an educational cool-climate shiraz workshop. Hosted by Martin Shaw and David LeMire MW, the workshop will be an opportunity to compare different cool-climate examples, to explore the issues specific to growing and making shiraz in these climates, and to assess the development of style and quality.

In doing so, Martin and David will bring together examples from the northern Rhône with those from leading Australian producers.

The session will be informative and fun for those with a general interest in learning more about wine, but will be of exceptional value to those studying wine courses (such as WSET, MS, MW or others).
