There’s no better place to spend World Whisky Day than at the East End’s premier whisky (among other things) bar, NOLA.

The bar has more than 350 whiskies in stock, and they’ll be bringing old and rare bottles to the front bar, where they’ll be offering half-priced half nips.

Whisky fans can expect to experience the likes of Sullivans Cove, EH Taylor, Hibiki and some vintage Bruichladdich.

NOLA will also be hosting some masterclasses, with attendees given insight into South Australia’s emerging whisky industry from Ian Schmidt of Iniquity, Stuart Morrow of 78 Degrees, and Steven Griguol from 5Nines Distilling.

Tickets to the masterclasses are $30 a pop and are available via NOLA’s website.
