This Sunday, 26 January, Tandanya National Aboriginal Cultural Institute will hold its annual Survival Day event, happening at the institute’s Grenfell Street address and across the road at Tandanya Park (behind Tandanya off East Terrace).

The alcohol-free event will kick off at 1pm with around 15 stalls set up in the main gallery space, and acoustic performances happening inside throughout the day. The institute’s Tandanya Café will also be operating for the duration of the event, offering food and drinks “with a native Australian twist.”

The main concert and cultural performances will happen across the road at Tandanya Park, also from 1pm through ’til 6pm, and there will be two food trucks in attendance.
