Set in the year 2050, the latest exhibition from MOD, Seven Siblings from the Future, steps onto a plot of land in southern Australia, called Eucalara.

The land is already experiencing the effects of climate change. Amongst climate refugees, invasive species on the move, and water becoming an increasingly precious resource, the seven siblings who have inherited the plot can’t agree on what should be done with it.

Integrating narrative, film and interactive elements, visitors will be led through the siblings’ differing worldviews and prompted to consider the role individual values have in shaping our shared future.

Seven Siblings from the Future launches this Friday, 29 November, with an opening party running from 6pm ’til 10pm. The exhibition will then run through ’til May 2020.
