This screening of The Secret Life of Pets is the second edition in what is now an annual event, following the screening of A Dog’s Way Home last year.

“We had 435 cars and 372 dogs come along three months ago to see A Dog’s Way Home,” RSPCA SA spokesperson Carolyn Jones says.

“This time we’ve chosen an animated film that’s packed with hilarious insights about what it’s like to live with animals, and what they could be getting up to while we’re not home.

“Anyone who owns a dog or a cat will definitely relate to some of these scenes, and this film also carries some positive messaging for children about finding courage and inner strength when faced with adversity.”

Every car in attendance will receive  a voucher for one free family-size bag of popcorn, and the concession stand will be open with hot snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Grab your ticket here and take your doggo out for a night he or she deserves.
