Tickets are $30 for the public and can be bought here.

The Basement Cinema
20 King William Street, Adelaide 5000.

Graphic Means: A History of Graphic Design Production is a new documentary film charting the evolution of graphic design production.

Directed and produced by Briar Levit, the film marks around 30 years since desktop publishing revolutionised the graphics industry, and explores the progression to this point from the 1950s.

The film is a journey through this transformative Mad Men-era of pre-digital design production to the advent of the desktop computer. It explores the methods, tools, and evolving social roles that gave rise to the graphic design industry as we know it today.

Although premiering in Hobart, the Adelaide screening is put on by AGDA.

Seats are limited, be sure to book early.
