Interstate booking agency Amber Mic is hosting a series of Flood Relief fundraiser shows across Australia in April and May, to help raise much needed funds for the people affected by the New South Wales and Queensland floods.

On Thursday, 21 April, the Flood Relief show at Wheatsheaf Hotel in Thebarton will feature Adelaide singer/songwriters Mel Pier, Stu Day, Eliza Dickson & Lucas Day.

Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Mel Pier juxtaposes introspective electro-folk, live looping drums, shimmering layers and brooding solos.

Stu Day is a composer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist who has worked in a wide range of musical settings over thirty years.

Eliza Dickson is a multi-award-winning jazz vocalist from Adelaide, holding Downbeat Magazine’s 2017 Vocal Jazz Soloist – Graduate College: Outstanding Performance award.

With a guitar in hand and foot-drums at his feet, Adelaide’s Lucas Day can groove to just about anything, and is one of the world’s leading foot-drum players.

In addition to the quality live music, you’ll also be contributing to a good cause.

Doors open at 6:30pm. Tickets are $10 plus booking fee and can be purchased here.

Tickets sold on the door will be $15.
