The next edition of Proof’s annual Chardy Party has come around and the bar has more than 25 chardonnays at the ready, most you’re unlikely to find by the glass anywhere else.

The wines will come from Adelaide Hills, Margaret River, Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Tasmania, New Zealand, Jura, Burgundy and Tuscany,with food and tunes taken care of by Mark Kamleh’s new food stall, Syrian Mobile Disco.

Chardy Party will be Syrian Mobile Disco’s warm-up event before it hits Beer & BBQ next week, and the menu out front of Proof will conist of “chicken and falafel plates and wraps.”
