The dinner event will see Ragini’s team bring together spice, barbecue, naanchos, charcoal and “Indian innovation” to produce a banquet of dishes served to your table straight from the flames.
A range of dishes will be on offer, including vegan options, including chicken tikka, Indian vs Texan beef ribs, chilli barramundi, spiced corn cobs, turmeric cauliflower and smokey eggplant.
Ragini’s festival famous naanchos will also be available.
