Adelaide Film Festival Opening Night
The opening night will take place Thursday October 5, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm at the Tonsley Innovation Centre.
Tickets are $65 and can be bought online.
Adelaide Film Festival are launching this year with a opening night digital carnival under the sawtooth roof of Tonsley Innovation Precinct.
Similar to 2013’s MET Gala theme, this year’s Adelaide Film Festival is Vive Le Punk themed. And, as such, guests are encouraged to attend the opening night in appropriately ‘punk chic’ attire.
The night will conclude with the world premier of The Summation of Force Virtual Reality Artwork, by artists Trent Parke, Narelle Autio, and Matthew Bate, in association with Jumpgate VR and Closer Productions.
Very important thing to note: You’ll need a fully charged smartphone to experience the event.
