Adelaide's Best

Mamachau

Healthy, vegan, gluten-free. These are words not often associated with Asian fast food. Mamachau is here to change that.

Mamachau, opened in October 2013, is run by second-generation Vietnamese sisters, Bich and Linh Nguyen. Founded on a passion for catering, a love of modern Asian cuisine, and inspired by interstate and international restaurants, Mamachau taps into Adelaide’s growing market for vegan and intolerance-free foods. The sisters keep their menu simple, offering traditional flavours and quality ingredients. The difference? It’s all about the modern cooking techniques. Pop by from 8am to 3pm weekdays – but be quick, the place sells out fast.
