Adelaide’s most beautiful new architecture

The South Australian Architecture Awards were held last week, so we’ve collated images of the winning projects from around the CBD for your viewing pleasure.

Each year, the Australian Institute of Architects travels across the country looking for the best examples of architecture in every state and territory.

On Thursday, 2 July the winners of the South Australian awards were announced, in the competition’s first digital ceremony, due to the you-know-what.

Of this cohort of exemplary structures, 12 are located within the CBD, and so CityMag has collated each of these projects below in a calming gallery of beautifully shot spaces.

Some will be familiar to regular readers of our food and beverage content, while others will offer a glimpse into how far a decent budget can go when you’re designing a space for a multi-national company. (Here’s looking at you and your fancy office, BHP.)

Scroll on for a soothing tour through the Adelaide CBD.
