Royal Croquet Club Opening Night

RCC is back and by the Riverbank.

The venue is opening its gates at Pinky Flat for the first time this Thursday, 16 February from 5pm, signaling a month of great food, music, and festival season escapism.

Remarks

Royal Croquet Club opens Thursday, 16 February until Sunday, 19 March.

For tickets and the full program, check the RCC website.

Electronic soul pop duo Electric Fields will be first headliner off the rank at the riverside Mixtape stage, with a stellar roster to follow, as well as an “unplugged acoustic stage” hosting some greener local talent.

The food offering will be levelled up by McLaren Vale favourites, Pizzateca, bringing to the Royal Croquet Club their Pizzateca Discoteca, the only place to get a full fix of 12-inch pizza together with 12-inch vinyl; great mates of RCC, The Happy Motel, will be delivering schnitties on sticks at Schnitty on a Stick, a concept that makes so much sense and you can’t deny it.

Melbourne poké purveyors, Poké Me, will also set up in Adelaide for the first time, along with a bevy of others.

Beyond opening night, every Friday and Saturday between 10pm and 3am Neon Forest will host late night weirdness, featuring themed party nights, film screenings, a rave tent, and DJs playing in a converted camper van.

It must be seen to be understood.

Royal Croquet Club will also have plenty of circus, dance, and physical theatre performances on show, to cover absolutely every conceivable base.

The fun starts tonight.
