Bistro Dom is teaming up with Murray Street Vineyards for an event that will marry head chef Luke Southwood’s signature Spanish-influenced cuisine with the best the local winery has to offer.

Guests will work their way through a customised degustation menu featuring dishes created specifically to match the accompanying wines from winemaker Craig Viney.

The evening will also include insights from the pair on the curation of the menu and wine list.

“The exciting thing about a dinner like this is working unique wines with unique flavour profiles” said Mr Southwood, “then it’s a matter of looking at the best produce available at this time of year and finding a beautiful match.”
